Ctrl+F finds nothing in that scanned PDF because the page is a photo. Add a real text layer with offline OCR, without sending the document anywhere.
scan0001, scan0002, scan0003... The scanner dumps everything with the same useless name. Treat it as an inbox and route each scan to the right folder.
